SPONSORSHIPS

This year the Palm Springs Desert Invitational Classic is excited to follow an amazing 6 years with our 7th annual tournament. We are extending an invitation to individuals and business to support the event through sponsorship. Sponsorship can include cash, prizes, in-kind donations, merchandise and reduced rates. Interested sponsors have the choice of various levels of sponsorship listed below. (If there are other opportunities you would like to discuss, please contact us.) This year we continue to raise money for local charities. The beneficiaries of last year’s event were The Palm Springs Order of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and two other California based IGBO tournaments. With the support of our sponsors, we plan to make this year even more memorable.

 

EVENT / AWARDS / MERCHANDISE SPONSORSHIPS

Any of the items listed can be sponsored “in part” by a smaller donation. For example, the Welcome/Gift Bags can be “sponsored in part by…….” if a smaller donation is made, but that is the item chosen for sponsorship. Similarly with the cash prize, any smaller denomination can be accepted and broken out as desired by the sponsor. For example, they could choose to sponsor the $1000.00 prize, or they may choose four $250.00 prizes.

Sponsors will have their name mentioned at the start of each shift of bowling, have an ad in the program book, will have a banner made for them that will hang in the bowling alley all weekend and to keep at the end of the tournament. The sponsors will also be thanked at the Awards/Banquet Party.

In addition sponsors may contribute coupons, flyers and merchandise to the bowlers Welcome /Gift bag.

Sponsors for the Committee Shirts and Participant Shirts can have their company name or logo put on the shirts.

    • *Sponsorship includes an ad of some type in the program.  Sponsorship is also exclusive.  If there is a Realtor sponsor, we will not allow another Realtor sponsor, though they can purchase ad space.

    ADVERTISING - PROGRAM BOOKLET

    One way to promote your business’ goods and services is to advertise in our souvenir program.  All of our participants and guests will carry the program with them during the weekend.  The program will include important information regarding the weekend’s schedule, directions, the host hotel, the bowling center, the best of the Palm Springs area, as well as special contests.  Shouldn’t our participants read about your business as well?

    Our souvenir booklet will be printed in 5 ½" (w) by 8 ½" (h) format.
